We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our digital security solutions portfolio within the back office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a technology principal or distributor in roles such as Channel Manager, Partner Manager, or Business Development Manager, with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, pricing workflows, and presales coordination.
This role will support internal teams, engage with reseller partners, coordinate with vendor technical and commercial teams, and ensure structured back-office operations to drive business growth.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Work Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Aligned with US Central Time)
Salary Range: PKR 200,000 – 450,000 gross per month + Commission based on Targets / KPIs

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Account Manager, or BDM at a technology distributor or vendor/principal.
  • Experience with digital security, software licensing, SaaS, or IT channel operations is preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in commercial documentation, pricing workflows, and proposal development.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support internal sales teams and reseller partners in driving business for digital security and licensing solutions.
  • Develop and grow the reseller/ partner network.
  • Manage reseller/partner onboarding, including documentation, compliance requirements, and system setup.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with active partners through ongoing support and communication.
  • Coordinate with vendor technical and commercial teams for presales queries, product-related clarifications, and solution guidance.
  • Handle pricing requests, proposals, quotations, and discount approvals in alignment with company policy.
  • Track partner opportunity pipelines, manage deal registrations, and ensure visibility on active opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, monitor performance metrics, and assist with reporting and forecasting.
  • Provide structured back-office support to improve partner and sales team efficiency.
  • Support partner trainings, enablement sessions, and alignment activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of partner and sales requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support business development objectives.
